Cooperative Fermentation offers consulting services to help you realize your visions together in your community.  We offer an initial one hour conversation to learn about your project and to share about what we can offer.  We can then design a proposal that will meet your needs and budget.

Our consulting is offered by Jonah Fertig, Coordinator of Cooperative Fermentation.  You can learn more about Jonah here.

To arrange consulting services please email Jonah at or call 207-615-9970

We are available to consult on the following areas:

Cafes & Restaurants:  Jonah helped start Local Sprouts Cafe and was the project manager of the development process.  He can share the experience and knowledge he gained from this experience and connect you with the skills you need to open your own restaurant or cafe.
